Slow but steady starts

We have begun our market season with appearances at the York farmers market and a new market at the Maine mall. However these start times have been early for us as our veggies still need a bit more growing time. However, do not fret because we have been eating well. We have been dining on PILES of baby greens from our field. These are a new idea for us but man are they tender and delicious! Currently we are offering gorgeous bags of these at both market locations. petite beet greens, babied chard, and kiddo kale.
